Working Principle
- Clot activator coated on inner wall accelerates blood coagulation (usually 10–15 min).
- After centrifugation, hydrophobic separation gel forms a stable, tight barrier layer between serum and clot.
- Prevents hemolysis, avoids fibrin interference, ensures clear, high-purity serum.
